Winter Tariff - Casa Montanha-Mar

Weeks for the Winter Season are now available for rent at ‘Casa Montanha-Mar’. The Winter Season consists of any dates not listed on the main Summer Tariff (generally November to April). Please contact us for availability and prices.

As a pricing guide, charges are £300 per week for 2 people staying, with an additional £20 per week for each additional guest. If staying longer than 2 weeks, the basic weekly charge will drop to £250 for 2 people.

Clean sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as Electricity and Wood for the ‘wood burning stove’ in the living room. Maid service will be limited to just changing the bed sheets and towels once each week.

Please bear in mind the weather in the Algarve during winter months can be varied and rapidly changing, but the scenery and relaxed atmosphere will still always be there. Temperatures can get quite chilly in the evenings, so remember to take some warm clothes.

Walks, birdwatching, horseriding and golf are all popular activities at this time of year, along with many others. The sea and swimming pool, however, will be rather chilly during these cooler months.
